Natural mindfulness walks and mindfulness coaching
I am a Nature Connection Guide, and like to lead individuals/small groups on a walk/experience in nature. Using nature walks to help people connect with themselves and the natural world, to develop better sensory awareness, learn from nature and to increase their natural wellness/well-being and boost health.
I have also been having guiding people with certain aspects of spiritual awakening since 2014, and I’m always interested in such conversations.
